Is flossing Effective or a Waste of Time?

Have you ever wondered how effective you are flossing your teeth on, and whether it is time well spent? A dentist points out that several studies have found no association between dental floss and tooth decay in their recently published book titled Kiss Your Dentist Goodbye. 

In fact, another study has found a positive relationship between dental floss and tooth decay if the participants do not floss their own teeth. Instead, the participants are actually school children had their teeth cleaned regularly by a dental hygienist with dental floss for two years.
