Several people suffer from motion sickness especially when traveling by boat. The symptoms are very uncomfortable so it is important to take care of themselves. Here are eight tips to help you do this and learn how to prevent motion sickness: 

1 Look at the horizon - No matter what vehicle you are sitting in, try to look through the window and focus your sight on the horizon.
