I must say that after nearly 10 years in acupuncture practice, I can attest that this form of treatment works best in dealing with stress relief among other health conditions. People can have a lot of stress due to work, family or can be experienced with Mid Life Crisis. It is a common condition that can happen to anyone of us, so this is where acupuncture play a very important role as an alternative treatment. 

Stress interrupts flow of energy in our body. It is a very strong feeling that when it hits, it's a kind of blockade, which will interfere with the smooth flow of energy in our system.
