Tips for treating allergic asthma

Allergy Asthma can be a real pain. As someone who has struggled with asthma and allergies for years, I know what it's like to suffer at first hand and how no mater what you do, is the feeling that it just will not go away.

I have learned a few secrets on how to manage and control allergy asthma. 1 Try to find out what is causing your allergies. This can be difficult because, depending on the season, is it could be any number of things. Some common foods to consider that may cause them include: wheat, dairy, corn and soy. If you are not sure if you are allergic to these foods. Try removing one of them for a month completely and see what happens. If you have allergies, then try a different food. If your allergies go away, then you are probably allergic to the food. Even if you think you have hay fever or allergic to things beyond what many people do not realize is that food has an influence on allergies outdoors.

2 Take care of your allergies by avoiding foods that you know, they make it worse for you. It can also help to increase the intake of vitamin C and vitamin B12. B12 is especially helpful for asthma and so if you are having allergic asthma then you certainly want to take more B12.

3 Find the best solution for the management and control of your allergies for you personally. Everyone reacts differently to different things, so it is a learning process to figure out what works best for you. I personally tried a lot of things, and finally was able to control by lemon, lavender and peppermint essential oils to win. I use it daily both internally and externally. However, some other things to try: a salt solution that you put in your nose to your sinuses clear, Cheyenne pepper, you can drink something, but tomato juice works best, or a prescription for Allegra, Zyrtec, or Claritin. Personally though prescriptions never worked that well for me. Claritin worked the best, but it is also very expensive.

Ultimately, however, control and eliminate allergy asthma will only happen if you make your allergies are a few lifestyle changes, diet, exercise, getting proper supplements and avoiding certain foods if they bother you and you vote....
